Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us by a clear statement, such as an email to contact@piperoctopus.com.

We will process your reimbursement no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and no fees will be applied to the reimbursement.

Damaged Items

We take your satisfaction seriously. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with details and photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original condition as received.

Non-returnable items include:

• Personalized items

• Custom-made items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please contact me for a return address.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot issue refunds for goods damaged or lost in transit without proof of receipt.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, the refund will still be issued to the original purchaser once the item is received. We do not issue gift certificates or store credit for gift returns.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver to present later, the refund will be processed directly to the gift giver.
